The SS Prussian, belonging to the Allan Line, sailed from Glasgow (15 Apr 1880) via Londonderry (16 Apr) and Quebec arriving in Montreal (30 Apr).
The ship’s log is rather difficult to decipher but it does look as though the names tally.
The family travelled from Londonderry to Quebec. George Pollock was 65 when they emigrated.
The family must have travelled overland to Egremont in Grey County which is where they were to be found one year later at the time of the 1881
Census.
