In 1901 the Harlington parents and nine of
their children were living in Percy St on the
south side of the Dutch River in Old Goole.
Though the house must have been rather
crowded they seem to have had space for a
lodger. Maybe this was as a result of financial
problems (next page).
This Victorian map shows some of the places
members of the Harlington family lived.
Quay St (green), James St (blue), South St
(purple), Bridge St (brown) and Percy St (red).
